1. 以上報價為1對1教學收費。每增加1人,總費用增加1000元。原則上,一次培訓,受訓人數不超過3人。


2. 上表所述培訓費用(不含食材費用),可用於抵扣醬料費用;醬料購銷錢款付清,甲方向乙方提出申請後,每次返還金額不超過當次醬料購買費用的5%;多次購買的,可以多次返還,直到本次培訓費用返還完為止。


3. 一次報2-4個系列課程,培訓費用9折;一次報5個以上系列課程,培訓費用8折;食材費用不打折。

Quick Training (1-2 hours) 

Learn how to make the beverage or dessert of your choice, whether it’s Seasonal Recipes, Sea Salt Cream, brewing tea or more. Included are also simple beverage recipes such as smoothies and slush.

Full Training (3-days)

Learn everything from operating your store from opening to closing, ordering materials, and making Lollicup Coffee & Tea beverage recipes. Basic knowledge of health and safety inspection requirements and customer service techniques are also included in this training.

  • Trainees are eligible for a complimentary 1-day refreshment training

  • Trainees may contact their trainer via telephone or email for complimentary refreshment training within 90-days of 3-day Full Training completion

Distributor Training (1-day)

Similar to quick training, we help you understand the resalable characteristics and applications of our products (including syrups, powders, add-ons, and more).

Managing Your Employees

Division of Labor

Balancing the mix of employees with different work experiences is essential for team development and training. You will have to monitor the rhythm of the work, as well as encouraging employees to be responsible. Employees must have a clear understanding of their roles, timing or their work, and the benefits of completing work on time. Furthermore, the overall productivity can be increased by arranging staff to train during off-peak hours .

Well-trained Frontline Staff

In order to be able to promote the restaurant’s product, a staff should be knowledgeable in their products, has good social skills, and courage . However, a lot of employees might be less experienced or are part-time workers. They might not be able to memorize the menu or make recommendations from it. In order to boost their performance, trainings based on the menu are required. Let the employees taste the dishes and learn how each dish is made. Thus, employees will learn what’s special about the menu and build relations with the chefs. Also, waiters should be equipped with knowledge about food and beverages such as how to complement a main dish with side dishes.
